What is Arte Living?
Arte Living is a new kind of rental experience — professionally managed, design-led apartments in Sydney neighbourhoods worth living in. Delivered by Conquest, a private equity real estate firm with over 21 years of experience building homes and communities, Arte is purpose-built for modern renting: flexible, reliable, and built around you.
How is Arte different from renting privately?
Arte is professionally managed, purpose-built rental — which means consistent service, responsive maintenance, and no surprises. Our leases are flexible, our buildings are fully amenitised, and our team is on hand when you need them. You can also move within the Arte portfolio as your needs change, without starting the rental process from scratch.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We ask that you provide current registration and vaccination records. Specific conditions are set out in your tenancy agreement.
Apartments
What types of apartments are available?
Studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
Are the apartments furnished?
Studios come fully furnished and move-in ready. One and two-bedroom apartments are available with an optional curated furniture package, or unfurnished.
What does a furnished apartment include?
Studios include a queen bed, lounge, dining setting, and media console. One-bedroom furnished apartments include the same. Two-bedroom furnished apartments include two queen beds, lounge, dining setting, and media console. All apartments include a cooktop, oven, rangehood, integrated dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Furnished apartments also include a fridge and microwave oven.
Can I personalise my apartment?
Yes. You're welcome to hang pictures and make the space your own — just let us know what you have in mind.
Do the apartments have air-conditioning?
Yes. Ducted throughout all living areas and bedrooms.
What internet is available?
Opticomm Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP). We can help arrange your connection before move-in.
Are apartments individually metered?
Yes. Electricity and water usage are individually metered.
Amenities
What amenities are available?
Resort-style pool, gym, BBQ facilities, co-working space, landscaped communal areas, secure parking, parcel collection, and a resident app.
Can my guests use the amenities?
Yes. A resident must accompany guests at all times and children must be supervised.
Is there a lifestyle precinct on site?
Yes. Arte Caringbah sits within Caringbah Pavilion — an $80 million retail and lifestyle precinct with Coles, Liquorland, childcare, cafés, and restaurants at ground level. No car required.
Access and Security
How do I access the building?
Via swipe fob. Residents access their own level and communal areas only.
Is there CCTV?
Yes. All common areas are covered.
How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?
Most repairs are addressed within 24 to 48 hours. Requests can be logged anytime via the resident app.
Parking and storage
Is parking available?
Yes. Secure basement parking is available, with entry via Willarong Road. Allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and arranged at the time of application.
Is storage available?
Yes. Lockable storage cages, either attached to your car space or allocated separately.
Is there bicycle parking?
Yes, across two levels of the building.
Leasing
How long can I stay?
As long as you like. Arte Caringbah is a purpose-built rental building owned for the long term — there is no landlord who might sell up or move back in. Multi-year leases are available.
Will my rent increase unpredictably?
No. Any future increases are clearly outlined in your agreement upfront.
What lease terms are available?
6-month and 12-month leases, with longer terms available on request.
Can I move to a different Arte apartment or location?
Yes. You apply once and we make the transition straightforward.
